About Us

Let me first introduce myself. My name is Lincoln Rhys Jones, a passionate pastry chef and the creator of The Icicle Bicycle. I’ve worked in high end hospitality for 10 years, creating pastry for high end guests from celebrities to heads of state.

My journey to creating The Icicle Bicycle didn't lead through culinary college or an advanced and prestigious pastry school like Cordon Bleu; instead I learnt from hands on experience and hard work, which I believe encapsulates the ethos of The Icicle Bicycle. 

The Icicle Bicycle is my creative venture. Drawing from experience creating dishes on Michelin menus, where the cold element of an Ice cream, Gelato or sorbet can bring a dish together in a fun and highly creative way.

I want to bring that creativity to your event with The Icicle Bicycle. I’ve been busy creating a range of gelato and sorbet that have a mix of classic flavours along with more adventurous and worldly flavours, as well as using some of our technical pastry skills to conjure up a range of specials that all come together to create a more fun and whimsical experience for your guests.

No matter the event you have in mind, I know that The Icicle Bicycle will add something special and memorable to the venue.
